Trackle ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform operated by [Your Company Name] ABN [XX XXX XXX XXX], providing portfolio tracking and trade recording tools for Australian investors and traders. By creating an account and using Trackle, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Trackle is a record-keeping and reporting tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice. We strongly recommend you consult a qualified financial adviser, accountant, or tax professional before making any investment or tax decisions.
Any tax calculations, P&L figures, or reporting outputs produced by Trackle are estimates based on data you enter and are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as accurate tax calculations without independent verification by a qualified accountant.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the platform to track trades belonging to third parties without their consent. You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
You retain ownership of all trade data, portfolio data, and personal information you enter into Trackle. By entering data, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Trackle does not verify trade data against broker records and is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect data entry.
Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars (AUD) via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via the Settings page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will retain their current pricing until their next renewal after the notice period.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
You must not use Trackle for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Trackle's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your State].
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Trackle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
